Hmari,aapki ya kisi bhi insaan ki acchi sehat ka aaj ke time me koi bharosa nhi hai.Aur Upar se kharab lifestyle jeene wale logon ke liye health problems aur badh jaati hai.Abhi haal hi me world health organization ne international classification of disease ki apni list me ek beemari ko shamil kiya hai,jiska naam 'Burnout' ,hai.Burnout beemari sharirik thakan aur tanav/stress se related hai. Burnout kya hai?

Tanav aur thakan burnout jaisi beemari ka main reason hota hai.Jo log kaam ko pura karne ke liye khana peena aur personal life ko bhool jate hain. Aise log dheere dheere is beemari ka shikar hone lagte hain.W.H.O ke according burnout sirf peshevar logon se judi samasya hai. Yh beemari ek aisa syndrome hai ,jo work ke adhik pressure se hota hai.

Burnout ke lakshan (Symptoms of burn-out)-

$.Hamesha thakan mahesoos hona aur chidchida mahesoos karna.

$.Apne kaam ko lekar sandeh karte rahena.

$.Office me kaam par dhyaan nahi lagna.

$.Bhook kam lagna ya nhi lagna.

$.Baar baar Drug ya alcohol lene ka man karna.

$.Freinds aur family se baat nahi karna.

$.Negative baaton ko sochna.


Burnout se bachne ke tareeke(ways to avoid burnout)-


$.Kaam ko bojh samjhkar complete na karen balki interest ke sath pura karen,tanav/stress apne aap hi khatam ho jayega.

$.Burnout beemari se bachne ke liye vo kaam karen jisme aapko khushi milti hai.Jaise books padhna ,gana sunna,hariyali me baithna ,film dekhne jaisa kaam kar sakte hain.

$.Isse pahele ki aap burnout ki vajah se anidra ,hraday rog aur type 2 diabetes ke shikaar hon,apne sathiyon ya boss se baat karen aur unhe kaam ke dauran aane vali samsyaon se avgat karen taki VB o aapko is problem se nikalne me aapki help kar saken.

$.Agar aap hamesha tanav me rahete ho ya thakan mahesoos karte ho,to isse nijaat paane ke liye family ya friends se baat karen. Isse sakoon milega aur himmat bhi.

$.Aap is beemari se bachne ke liye yoga kare aur fruit, vegetable aur fiber yukt bhojan karen. Time se office se nukale aur kaam ko ghar par na le jayen.

$.Burnout bemari ki koi dawa nahi hai isliye aise lakshno par psychiatric experts se salah leni chahiye aur aise me aap khud hi apni help kar sakte hain.
